| 摘 要： | 小肠出血占全消化道出血的3％～9％，明确诊断较为复杂而困难，本研究通过对比诊断率、患者的耐受性、出现的不良反应等，探讨并评价了吞线试验、X线检查、血管造影、放射性核素扫描、内镜、手术探查及术中内镜等检查方法。

| Abstract: | The small intestinal bleeding accounts for 3%~9% of all digestive tract bleeding,the clear and definite diagnosis is more complicated and difficult.This text passes the contrast diagnostic accordance rate, patients suffer the tolerance and untoward effect etc.The examination ways to swallow the line experiment,x-ray examination, angiography, radionuclide scan, endoscope,operative exploration, and intraoperative endoscope are also discussed. |
