| 摘 要： | 本文报道我院1973～1982年收治的14例动脉瘤样骨囊肿。发病年龄以20～30岁为高峰,好发部位以膝关节为主。诊断应根据临床表现、X线特点和组织学改变进行综合分析。治疗应根据病变范围和不同部位采用不同治疗方法。刮除加植骨术是主要疗法。

| Abstract: | 14 cases of Aneurysmal Bone Cyst admitted from 1973 to 1982 were analyzed. The age incidence has the highest peak from 20 to 30. The location of prevalence is mostly in the vicinity of knee joint. Diagnosis can be obtained according to clinical manifestation, histolbgical examination and X-ray feature. On the basis of the findings, size of the lesion and different ;location, different methods of treatment would be adopted. Cufettage and bone grafting is the treatment of choice. |
