| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急诊一期髓内针内固定治疗多发伤的肢体骨折的优越性。方法：采用ｕ 检验和ｘ２ 检验方法分析比较一期髓内针内固定组８２ 例和二期手术组的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、死亡率、并发症发生率、感染率、骨折不愈合率、住院费用等。结果：一期髓内针内固定组住院时间为（２６ ．００ ±７ ．８０）ｄ ，骨折愈合时间为（１３７ ．００ ±３０ ．８）ｄ ，并发症发生率２ ．４４ ％ ，住院费用（７ ０１８ ．４５ ±８１０ ．２５） 元。对照组分别为：（３８ ．４０ ±１０ ．５）ｄ ，（１４６ ±３６ ．４）ｄ ，１１ ．５ ％ ，（１０ ２５９ ±１０１３ ．４７） 元。２ 组比较有显著性差异。结论：一期髓内针固定治疗多发伤的肢体骨折可缩短住院时间和骨折愈合时间，减少并发症和治疗费用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the significance of primary intramedullary nailing fixation of long bone shaft fractures of multiple trauma patients.Metods:The hospitalization time,cost,the rate of complication and time of union were analysed and compared between the primary operative group and the contrast group.Results:The hospitalization time,cost,the rate of complication and the time of union were less than those of contrast one.Conclusion:Significant advantages have been demomstrated in the multiple trauma patients with long bone fractures treated by primary intramedullary nailing. |
