头颈部坏死性筋膜炎7例临床分析

目的：探讨头颈部坏死性筋膜炎的病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗，加强对这一罕见疾病的认识。方法：回顾分析1992-2002年10年收治的7例头颈部坏死性筋膜炎的病例资料并复习文献。结果：7例全部行积极的内科保守治疗和外科处理（包括局部切开引流、清创术和气管切开术），其中2例死亡。结论：临床上对该病应有足够的认识，以期早期诊断。及时有效的外科处理是治疗成功的关键。

Clinical analysis of seven cases of head and neck necrotizing fasciitis

Objective To analyze the cause, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of head and neck necrotizing fasciitis, a rare clinical occurrence. Methods Seven cases of head and neck necrotizing fasciitis in our department from 1992 to 2002 were studied retrospectively and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results All the seven cases were treated actively by medical therapy and surgical treatment (including local incision and drainage, aggressive surgical debridement and tracheotomy ). Two patients died. Conclusion More attention should be paid to this disease in clinical practice and correct diagnosis should be made as early as possible. Prompt, rather than delayed, surgical intervention is essential to a successful outcome.
