| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨阿司匹林肠溶片对慢性肺源性心脏病患者甲襞微循环的影响。方法 80例患者随机分组 ;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服阿司匹林 90天后与对照组进行甲襞微循环积分值比较。结果 治疗组改善循环的有效率为 80 .2 %,显效率 77.5 %,两组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 阿司匹林可显著改善患者甲襞微循环。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of enteric aspirin tablet on the nail fold microcirculation in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control grope. Patients in treatment group were additionally served Aspirin for 90 days except routine treatment. The score of the nail fold microcirculation was compared with control group. Results The effective rate is 80.2%. The difference between treatment group and control grope was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Aspirin can obviously improve the nail fold microcirculation of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. |
