摘    要:本文着重从磁场对微循环、血象和生物电等方面的影响来阐述磁场对创伤愈合作用的机理,为临床应用磁场提供一定的理论依据。实脸结果证明,磁场能使创伤小鼠耳廓各类微血管扩张、血流速度加快、加速红细胞聚集和白细胞翻滚的病理现象的消失,并随着炎症的消失,使白细胞降至正常水平和损伤电位消失加快;中枢神经生物电波幅值降低,波率减少等良好的效果。充分说明磁场不仅能改善微循环,加速物质交换,为创伤愈合提供充分的物质基础;而且能提高神经和神经体液调节机能,从而全面促进伤口的愈合。

Abstract:We attempt to explore the mechanism of the magnetic field on the healing of wounds in the effect of the influence of magnetic field to microcirculation,hemogram and bioelectricity.It provides a certain theoretical basis for clinics. The result showed that magnetism may dilate the capillary bed of the ear of the rats,speed blood flow,decrease the aggregation of RBC and the frequency,the amplitude of bioelectricity of CNS. These effects can improve microcirculation,accelerate the change of materials and hence improve material conditions for the healing of the wounds.
