| 摘 要： | 通过小鼠热板致痛试验模型、小鼠醋酸致扭体反应试验模型以及大鼠光热辐射所致痛反应试验模型来研究阿司匹林和可待因的协同镇痛作用.结果表明,两药同用可以使镇痛作用加强,镇痛E琏0减小,表明两者的镇痛作用协同.

| Abstract: | The synergetic antalgic effect of aspirin and codein was studied by these animal models: hot plate test in mice, wriggle reaction caused by acetic acid in mice, light and hot radiation test on the tail of rats The results showed that the combine use of aspirin and codein can enhance the antalgic effect of drugs, decrease the antalgic ED50 of individual drugs The conclusion is these two drugs have synergetic antalgic effect |
