| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究急性胰腺炎患者发病后的不同时期血清中白细胞介素 6( IL- 6)和白细胞介素 8( IL - 8)含量。方法 :采用 ELISA方法测定 30例正常人对照、30例急性胰腺炎患者在发病后不同时期血清中 IL-6和 IL - 8含量。结果 :急性胰腺炎患者血清中 IL- 6和 IL- 8的含量在病程监测各期与健康对照组相比较 ,均有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :在急性胰腺炎患者发病后的不同时期进行血清中 IL- 6和 IL- 8含量的测定 ,对病情监测及预后有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study significances of Interleukin 6 and Interleukin 8 of Acute hemorrhagic pancreasnecrosis.Method A sandwich ELISA was developed to determine the levels of serum Interleukin 6 (IL 6) and Interleukin 8(IL 8) concentrations in 30 cases of Acute hemorrhagic pancreasnecrosis and 30 healthy subjects as controls.Result Statistical analysis showed that the levels of serum IL 6 IL 8 in the Acute hemorrhagic pancreasnecrosis group were significantly higher than those of healthy controls( P <0 001). Conclusion The results thus indicated the clinical value of serum IL 6 and IL 8 levels in monitoring pancreasnecrosis. |
