血小板参数测定的影响因素及其在脑梗死患者中的变化

目的探讨血小板、平均血小板容积及大血小板比率测定的影响因素及在脑梗死患者中的变化。方法使用血液分析仪对健康体检者进行血小板及其参数的测定,观察仪器、性别、标本放置时间等因素对计数值的影响,并观察各种血小板的参数在脑梗死患者中的变化。结果血小板与其参数的测定可受仪器、抗凝剂、标本放置时间等因素的影响。在脑梗死患者中SF-3000型血液分析仪测定的血小板参数有显著性改变,而其余仪器测定的结果无显著性改变。结论血小板及其参数在某些疾病中有一定的应用价值,但由于其测定结果有多种影响因素,在使用这些参数时应注意测定方法的标准化。

The influence factors on the measurement of the platelet parameters and the variation in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To study the influence factors on the measurement of the platelet(PLT) parameters such as mean PLT volume(MPV),PLT distribution width(PDW) and PLT-large cell ratio(P-LCR),and observe the variation of the PLT parameters in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The PLT,MPV,P-LCR of healthy people were analyzed by blood cell analyzer,and the influence factors on the measurement of PLT parameters and the variation in patients with cerebral infarction were observed. Results The difference of the measurements with different instruments was significant,other factors also influenced the measurements such as anticoagulant,specimen stored time etc.In patients with cerebral infarction,the PLT parameters of SF-3000 changed significantly but not with other instruments. Conclusions The blood PLT parameters would be used in the diagnosis and treatment of some diseases.The measurement of these parameters should be standardized,because it would be influenced by many factors.
