结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌诊治分析

[目的]探讨结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的诊治方法、[方法]回顾分析1993年10月～2003年10月22例结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的临床资料，并与同期手术治疗的263例结节性甲状腺肿比较。[结果]结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌占结节性甲状腺肿瘤病例的7．72％（22/285）。结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌与单纯结节性甲状腺肿比较，结节质地硬或较硬者分别占9．09％（2/22）、7．60％（20/263），甲状腺功能异常者分别占4．55％（1/22）、3．04％（8/263）．影像学发现钙化的分别占45.45％（10/22）、8．42％（23/263）．发现微钙化的分别占18．18％（4/22）、1．14％（3/263）．[结论]钙化灶和微钙化的出现对术前诊断结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌有一定的临床意义。

An Analysis on the Diagnosis of Nodular Goiter Associated with Thyroid Cancer

[Purpose] To investigate diagnosis methods of nodular goiter associated with thyroid cancer.[Methods] Clinical data of 22 patients with nodular goiter associated with thyroid cancer from October 1993 to October 2003 were analysed retrospectively,those was compared with 263 cases of nodular goiter undergoing surgery in the same period.[Results] Twenty-two cases associated with thyroid cancer(7.72%)were found in 285 nodular goiter cases.Compared nodular goiter associated with thyroid cancer to single nodular goiter,there were 9.09%(2/22)and 7.60%(20/263)with rigid nodus,4.55%(1/22)and 3.04%(8/263)with abnormality function of thyroid gland;45.45%(10/22),8.42%(23/263)with calcify image in radiographys,and 18.18%(4/22)and 1.14%(3/263)with microcalcify respectively.[Conclusion] Calcified or microcalcified focus may be helpful in diagnosis of nodular goiter associated with thyroid cancer.
