耳郭矫形手术围手术期预防性全身应用抗生素的临床疗效研究

摘    要:目的探讨对耳郭矫形术患者围手术期全身应用抗生素的效果。方法收集我科2017年11月~2018年10月收治的先天性耳郭Ⅰ度及Ⅱ度畸形进行耳郭矫形术的患者65例(65耳)。根据围手术期用药情况分为研究组(25例,给予全身用抗生素治疗)和对照组(40例,不给予全身用抗生素治疗)。记录患者住院天数、住院费用、术前及术后体温、切口感染情况。结果2组患者的住院天数、住院费用、术前及术后体温,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者术后均未发生感染。结论先天性耳郭Ⅰ度及Ⅱ度畸形患者行耳郭矫形术,围手术期不必常规预防性使用全身用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application value of systemic antibiotic prophylaxis in perioperative period of auricle orthopedic surgery.Methods Fifty patients with congenitalⅠandⅡdegrees of auricle deformity were collected who were admitted to our department from November 2017 to October 2018.They were randomly divided into research group(25 cases,systemic antibiotic prophylaxis group)and control group(40 cases,non-systemic antibiotic prophylaxis group).The days of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses,body temperature before and after operation and incision infection were recorded.Results There were no significant difference in hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,preoperative and postoperative body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).No infection occurred in both groups.Conclusions In the perioperative period of patients with congenitalⅠandⅡdegrees of auricle deformity undergoing auricular orthopedic surgery,the routine prophylactic use of systemic antibiotics was not necessary.
