| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年人急性上消化道大出血的临床特点．方法：回顾性分析我院20年来72例60岁以上病人急性上消化道出血的临床资料。结果：72例急性上消化道出血全部手术治疗，治愈65例占90．3％，死亡7例占9．7％。结论：老年人急性上消化道大出血中癌肿占比例相对较大，出血不易自止，非手术疗效差，并存病和并发症多，术后死亡率高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of upper gastrointestinal massive hemorrhage in the aged.Methods:The clinical data of 72 patients over 60 with accute upper gastrointestinal massive hemorrhage were analysed retrospectively.Results:All patients were operated on.Sixty five cases were cured (90 3%) and 7 cases died (9 7%).Conclusion:Tumor was the maior cause of accute upper gastrointestinal massive hemorrhage in the aged.The bleeding was difficult to stop automatically.The effect of non operation was not satisfactory with more complications and mortality was high after operation. |
