生活事件与人群综合健康效应关系的通径分析

目的 了解生活事件作为应激源及其因素对综合健康的影响。方法 对简阳对某厂１１６０全和综合健康调理。结果 通径分析结果显示，男性高年龄、婚姻状况主良、高文化水平、生活事件得分高和社会支持较低者综合健康水平较差，生活事件对综合健康的三种组成成分（心理健康、社会功能的疾病结局）均有影响，而社会支持仅对心理健康和社会功能有影响。社会支持在生活事件对综合健康的影响中起到缓冲垫作用。

A path analysis of life events' effects to overall health

Objective To study the effects of life events as stressor and it's intermediators on overall health Method A survey was carried out concerned with social psychological factors and overall health in 1160 subjects who worked at a factory in Jianyang City Results Path analysis showed that people with the characteristics such as male sex, older age, unhappy marriage, high level of education, high life event score and lower social support score were in worse overall health status The mostly influencing factor on overall health is life event, and in sequence followed with age, social support, culture, sex and marriage Conclusion Life events have effect on all of the three components of overall health (mental health, social function and disease outcome) , but social support has effect only to mental health and social function Social support has buffering effect on the effect of life events to overall health
