| 摘 要： | 目的探讨炎症因素在腰椎间盘突出症患者根性痛中的作用。方法用ELISA法测定了84例腰椎间盘突出症患者手术中取出的髓核组织中白细胞介素－1(IL－1)含量，将之与患者的根性疼痛程度进行相关性分析，同时还进行了患者突出组织大小与根性痛间的相关性分析，并将两者进行对照。结果(1)IL－1含量与患者根性疼痛程度成正相关；(2)患者根性痛与突出物大小间无明显相关性。结论炎症因素较压迫因素在腰椎间盘突出症患者根性痛中起了重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of inflammation in the radicular pain of lumbar disc herniation patients.Method IL-1 was measured by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay.The relationship between clinical symptoms and the IL-1 concentration was studied in 84 patients.And the relationship between clinical symptoms and the size of herniated lumbar discs was studied.Result There was significent linear correlation between the concentration(pg/g) of IL-1 and the severity of radicular pain.No linear correlation between the size of herniated discs and the severity of radicular pain was found.Conclusion Inflammation played a more important role than mechanical compression in radicular pain. |
