| 摘 要： | 对２８例卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤（ＩｍｍａｔｕｒｅＴｅｒａｔｏｍａ，ＩＴ）进行组织病理学检查与癌胚胎抗原（ＣＥＡ）、甲种胎儿球蛋白（ＡＦＰ）和ｄ１一抗胰蛋白酶（ＡＡＴ）免疫组织化学染色，讨论了组织病理学和免疫组织化学特征在诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值；结合临床资料探讨了影响肿瘤患者预后的因素。

| Abstract: | Twenty- eight cases of immature teratoma(IT ) of the ovary were studied with histopathological method.All specimens were stained immunohis-tochemically with CE, AFP and AAT. The value of histological and immunohis-tochemical features of the IT were analyzed in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. The factors influencing the prognosis were also discussed. |
