胆囊癌患者外周血淋巴细胞端粒酶活性的表达

目的 通过检测胆囊癌外周血淋巴细胞端粒酶活性，为胆囊癌的诊断、治疗及预后的评估和预防提供可靠的依据。方法 采用PCR－TRAP方法检测胆囊癌患者外周血淋巴细胞中端粒酶活性。结果 32例胆囊癌患者中，有25例表达阳性，阳性表达率是78.12%，30例胆囊炎、胆石症患者中，仅有1例表达阳性，阳性表达率是3.33%，30例正常对照组中，亦仅有1例表达阳性，阳性表达率是3.33%。结论 端粒酶活性表达与胆囊癌的发生与发展有密切的关系，对胆囊癌外周血淋巴细胞端粒酶活性的测定，对胆囊癌的治疗、预后的评估随访及复发等都有重要的临床意义。

EXPRESSION OF TELOMERASE ACTIVITY IN LYMPHOCYTES OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF GALLBLADDER CAR-CINOMA PATIENTS

Objective To provide a reliable index for the assessment of therapy and prognosis and the follow up visit for gallbladder carcinoma patients.Methods Telomerase activity in peripheral lymphocytes of gallbladder carcinoma patients were determined by using PCR TRAP.Results Telomerase activity was determined in 25 of 32 patients with gallbladder carcinoma and the positive rate was 78.1%,and telomerase activity was detected in 1 of 30 patients with chronic cholecystitis and gallstone and 1 of 30 normal controls,and the positive rate of them was 3.33% respectively.Conclusion The expression of telomerase activity is to closely related to the carcinogenesis and development of gallbladder carcinoma.Detection of telo merase activity in lymphocytes of periphecal blood in gallbladder carcinoma patients is of great importance to asses the treatment,prognosis,followup and recurrance of gallbladder carcinoma.
