帕金森病的危险因素及其预防

采用设计严格 ,源于人群 ,有足够的样本量 ,较好地控制了偏倚 ,或大样本医院来源的前瞻性或回顾性病例 -对照研究或队列研究文献为主要资料来源 ,对帕金森病的危险因素进行分析。结果显示年龄、农业环境暴露尤其是杀虫剂、除草剂的使用、帕金森病家族史是较肯定的危险因素 ;吸烟作为帕金森病的保护因素得到较多文献支持 ;工业(重金属)中毒、饮食习惯、头颅外伤是可能的危险因素。关于帕金森病与受教育程度、社会经济地位、病毒感染和其它合并疾病的关系有待于进一步的研究。中国的帕金森病危险因素研究结论与国外相似 ,但尚有待于进一步开展设计严格、标准统一、定义明确的多中心研究。帕金森病的预防策略尚未出现

Risk factor and prevention for parkinson's disease

The risk factors of Parkinson's disease were reviewed.Most data were based on strictly designed,enough sampled and biascontrolled papulationor clinic case_control studies.The results suggest that age,exposure to rural environmental factors such as pesticide or herbicide and family history of PD are definitely risk factors.Other factors such as education,economic level,infection and concomitant disease aren't definite.The risk factor study of PD in China revealed similar results,but multiple center study must be necessary because of different geography environment.
