| 摘 要： | 目的观察系鞋带法在手足部位减张切口中的应用效果。方法2006年6月-2008年10月，随机选择因手足部压砸伤需预先做减张切口患者152例204处切口，均行系鞋带法预置缝合，术后2-3d开始逐步收紧创面。结果上述病例在经过2-6次（平均3．8次）床边收紧，5～15d内有145例197处切口全部一期闭合，剩余病例在术后两周创面明显缩小后二期扩创缝合。随访2～18月，随访病例126例，瘢痕不明显或仅有轻度的线形瘢痕。结论系鞋带法预置缝合手足减张切口的疗效肯定，减少了二次手术的痛苦，该方法省时、简单，费用低，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the results of the lace-tied method which were applied on the relief incision of the hands or feet. Methods From June 2006 to October 2008, 152 patients with extremity crush injury were randomize selected to be done the relief incision.During operation,all of the 204 incision of the 152 patients were sutured through lace-tied method.Then frap the incision step by step 2 to 3 days after operation.Results Through 2 to 6 times （mean 3.8times） striction bedside,145 patients＇197 incision got primary closure.126 patients were followed up from 2 to 18 months.The scar of the incision were not obviously or as low grade filiate scar at the last follow-up.Conclusion The method is characteized by less medical expense, simple procedure, sparing the opertion to suture incision, so it is a reliable method in the treatment of relife incision. |
