| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨24例食管癌患者术后相关并发症。方法：分析我院2003年10月～2007年7月治疗食管癌患者中出现术后并发症的病例。结果：吻合151瘘2例，肺部并发症6例，心律失常5例，胃排空障碍10例，死亡1例。结论：食管癌术后并发症发生与病理分期、病变部位关系密切，严重并发症一旦发生，处理棘手并可危及生命。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore and identify the related factors of postoperative complications in patients with re- spectable esophageal carcinoma.Methods:Analyzing the esophageal carcinoma patients in our hospital from 10,2003 to 7,2007.Results:2 cases of anstomosis leakage,6 cases of bellows compications,5 cases of HR disorder,and 10 cases of GE disorder.Conclusion:Statistical analysis suggests that postoperative complications have significant correlation with age,tumor stage.It is difficult to control and will cause death if the severe complications occur. |
