| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨年龄对视动性眼震（OKN）的影响。方法 选择150例选择正常成人，其中男46例，女106例。按年龄分成3组：20－39岁、40－59岁、69－79岁，每组50人。均有3组不同的试验条件下进行OKN测试。结果 3种试验条件下60－79岁组的增益值（Gain,平均慢相速度和靶速度的比值）均低于20－39岁组及40－59岁组（P＜0．05）。结论 年龄对OKN试验的主要参数有影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of age on optokinetic nystagmus(OKN). Methods One hundred and fifty healthy volunteers (male 46,female 104),whose age ranging from 20 to 79 years old,served as normal subjects. They were divided into 3 groups by age,ie,20~39,40~59,60~79.Fifty persons were included in each group. OKN tests were performed in all subjects under 3 kinds of condition. Results Under 3 kinds of conditions,the Gains of OKN test in 60~79 year old group were smaller than those of the other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Age significantly affects the major parameter (Gain) of OKN test. |
