Ommaya囊联合侧脑室外引流治疗高血压脑室出血

目的探讨高血压脑室出血的治疗方法并评价其临床疗效。方法对17例高血压脑室出血患者采用Ommaya囊联合侧脑室外引流并早期注入尿激酶治疗。结果存活14例，死亡3例。有效随访14例，随访时间3-6月，其中恢复良好4例，中残6例，重残3例，植物生存1例。结论Ommaya囊联合侧脑室外引流并早期注入尿激酶治疗高血压脑室出血具有操作简单、并发症相对较少的优点．是治疗高血压脑室出血的一种新的有效方法。

Ommaya Reservoir Combined with External Ventricular Drainage for Intraventricular Hemorrhage in the Patients with Hypertension

Objectives To study the method to treat intraventricular hemorrhage and to evaluate the therapeutic effect on intraventricular hemorrhage in the patients with hypertension. Methods Seventeen patients with hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage were treated by Ommaya reservoir combined with external ventrieular drainage and intraventricular injection of urokinase. Results Of 17 patients with hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage, 3 died and 14 survived. Of the 14 survivals who were followed up from 3 to 6 months, 4 were recovered well, 6 moderately disabled, 3 seriously disabled, and 1 vegetatively survived according to GOS. Conclusion Ommaya reservoir combined with external ventricular drainage is a convenient and effective method to treat hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage.
