| 摘 要： | 流式细胞术是近年来发展的一项新技术,应用该项技术的重要环节是制备合格的单分散细胞悬液。本文对食管癌组织、脱落细胞和血液标本的悬液制备方法作了初步探讨,结果表明,胶原酶对实体肿瘤组织单细胞悬液制备是可行的。脱落细胞和血液样品容易得到合格的细胞悬液。并对影响流式细胞分析的一些因素作了简单的讨论。

| Abstract: | Flow cytometry is a new technic developed in recent years, for this technic,it is important to get the qualified suspension of single cell. In this report,the method for preparing mono-cellular suspensions from solid mass of esophagus carcinoma, exfoliative cells and blood sample was described. The results shown that it is feasible to get single cells suspension from solid tumor with colleganase disaggregation and it is easy to get qualified single cell suspension from exfoliative cells and blood sample. Some factors of influencing flow cytometry analysis were discussed. |
