摘    要:用DCP-AES法测定了14例4~9个月正常妊娠胎儿的心、脑、肝、脾、肾、胸腺、胰等脏器的锌、锰、铁、镁、钙、铜、镍、钛、钴、锂等10种元素的含量。结果表明,胎儿肝内锌、铁、铜、锰,脑内钙、镁、钛、钴、锂,胰内锌、锰,脾内铁等含量明显高于其它脏器;各脏器锌/铜比值随胎龄增长而降低;与成人相应脏器元素的含量也有差别。

Abstract:Ten kinds of trace element,including Zn,Mn,Fe,Mg,Ca,Cu, Ni,Ti,Co and Li,were determined in 14 fetal heart,brain,liver,spleen,thymus,kidney and pancreas from 4-9 month normal pregnancy using DCP-AES method.The results showed that Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn were markedly higher in liver than those in other organs;Ca,Mg,Ti,Co and Li were markedly higher in brain;Zn and Mn were markedly higher in pancreas;Fe was markedly higher in spleen.As the fetus was growing up,Zn/Cu ratio decreased.The elemental concentration was difference between the fetal organs and the adult organs.
