腓肠神经营养皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤软组织缺损

摘    要:目的研究利用腓肠神经营养皮瓣修复足及踝部皮肤软组织缺损临床效果。方法利用腓肠神经营养皮瓣修复足跟、足底、足背、踝部皮肤缺损9例,其中外伤导致皮肤缺损创面6例,2型糖尿病合并糖尿病慢性溃疡创面2例,恶性黑素瘤导致皮肤溃疡创面1例,皮瓣面积最大为26cm×12cm。结果8例创面愈合良好,1例糖尿病合并足底皮肤缺损创面因清创范围不足足底皮肤术后继续少许坏死,经换药处理后创面延期愈合。结论腓肠神经营养皮瓣操作简单,皮瓣面积大,成功率高,创伤小,是修复足踝部皮肤缺损的理想方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of sural neurocutaneous flap in reconstruction of skin soft tissue defect in ankle and foot with bone and tendon explosure. Methods The 9 cases with skin soft tissue defect in ankle, heel,foot dorsem ,and foot plantar region, including wound (6 cases), glycosuria (2 cases), malignant melanoma (1 case) were treated with local transfer of sural neurocutaneuos flap. The maximal size of the flap was 26cm×12cm. Results In one case flaps had distal partial necrosis, then healed after dressing change,in other 8 cases wounds were better healed.Conclusion Abovementioned procedure is an ideal method to reconstruct the skin soft tissue defect in foot and ankle region with sural neurocutaneous flap.
