穿透性心脏损伤的救治与护理

目的 探讨穿透性心脏损伤的临床特点和救护方法 .方法 对我院1993年12月至2007年6月收治21例穿透性心脏损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,锐器伤20例,射钉枪射击伤1例.手术治疗18例,未手术治疗3例.采取相应的护理措施,包括术前循环、呼吸的急救护理,术后监测生命体征,严防并发症.结果治愈17例,死亡4例,抢救成功率80.95%.结论早期诊断、采取迅速有效的救护措施、紧急剖胸手术是抢救成功的关键,而术后病情观察及全面护理是抢救成功的保障.

The first aid and nursing for penetrating wound of heart

Objective To explore the clinical features and urgent treatment and nursing strategies of penetrating cardiac trauma.Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with penetrating cardiac trauma from December 1993 to June 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Among them 20 penetrating wounds produced by sharp instruments.One by shoot nail gun.Results Emergent thoracotomy was performed in 18 patients.Non-emergent thoractomy in 3 cases.And actualized nursing measures,including first aid nursing to circulation system and respiratory system before operation,monitoring vital signs after operation and avoiding complications.Conclusion Seventeen cases were performed successfully.Four cases died.Successful saving rate was 80.95%.Early diagnosis,taking rapid and effective first aids and nursing measures,emergent thoracotomy are the key to rescue successfully.Observations of patient's condition after operations and overall nursing are the suarantees of successful salvages.
