改良预存式自体输血在外科手术患者中的应用及护理

目的探讨改良预存式自体输血在择期手术患者中的应用与护理。方法选择择期手术患者169例，采用改良预存式自体输血，术前采血400～1200ml，检测患者采血前及输血后各项血液指标；制订护理计划并按之实施，观察实施效果。结果169例患者采血前及输血后HCT、RBC和血红蛋白比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），无一例在输血过程中发生危险。结论改良预存式自体输血是一种安全有效的输血方法，系统周密的护理是保证输血过程顺利的关键。

Application and nursing of modified predeposited autotransfusion for surgical patients

Objective To evaluate the application and nursing of modified predeposited autotransfusion for surgical patients. Methods We applied modified predeposited autotransfusion in 169 surgical patients who were to undergo time-selective operations.We took 400 to 1200 blood from patients before operations and monitored changes of blood components before blood sampling and after blood transfusion. Results No significant difference existed in the quantity of red blood cell,hematocrit and hemoglobin before blood sampling and after blood transfusion（P 〉 0.05）.No adverse reaction occurred during transfusion. Conclusion The modified predeposited autotransfusion proved to be a safe and effective transfusion method and systematic and thorough nursing played a key role to ensure the smooth process of it.
