| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64层螺旋CT三维重建在股骨颈骨折的临床应用。方法回顾分析30例股骨颈骨折行螺旋CT容积扫描和行股骨颈三维重建处理的影像学资料,并加以总结。结果 30例股骨颈骨折,股骨颈三维重建与手术所见完全一致,符合率为100%。结论 64层螺旋CT三维重建技术在显示股骨颈骨折的空间关系上具有优势,具有较高的临床应用价值。
