住院服务流程再造探讨

目的：调查分析住院慢性病患者的知晓率、治疗率、控制率．对医院服务流程再造进行探讨。方法：对北京某医院1071例诊疗基本结束的住院患者进行问卷调查．调查表信息通过EPiData录入．使用SAS6．12软件进行统计描述和检验。结果：住院中高血压、糖尿病患者绝大部分分布在不同专科．其知晓率、治疗率、控制率并不理想．进而对医院服务流程再造进行初步设计。结论：应该再造医院服务流程．在对患者进行专科疾病诊疗过程中．对患者合并的慢性病给予足够重视和相应处理．从而完善医院的服务质量。

Discussion on Reforger of Hospital's Service Flow for Inpatients

Objective: To discuss the reforger of hospital's service flow for inpatients by investigating and analyzing the awareness rate, cure rate and control rate of inpatients with chronic diseases. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted in 1071 inpatients in a major hospital in Beijing. The data were typed in Epidata and analyzed with SAS 6.12. Results: Most of the inpatients with hypertension or diabetes were hospitalized in different departments, and their awareness rate, cure rate and control rate of the diseases were not ideal. The scheme of the hospital's service flow recreation was put forward preliminarily. Conclusions: The hospital's service flow should be reforged. Inpatients with chronic diseases should be emphasized and treated correspondingly during the therapy of the disease they recounted in different specialized departments. Then the quality of hospital service would be improved.
