| 摘 要： | 检测７５例病毒性肺炎患儿鼻咽部分泌物病毒抗原，以流感病毒（３７．６％）、呼吸道合胞病毒（２９．４％）居多。临床主证依次有咳嗽咯痰（或喉中痰鸣）、舌红苔黄、发热、气促喘憋、鼻翼煽动等，显示其主要病机为痰热闭肺。按肺炎喘嗽证候分类标准，８０％患儿属于痰热壅肺证。

| Abstract: | Influenza Virus(covering 37.6%) and respiratory syncytial virus(covering 29.4%) are the most virus after we have detected 75 cases of the virus antigen in nasophaxynx seeretion of children with viral pneumonia.The main clinical symptoms in turn are cough with phlegm(or wheezzing sound),red tongue and yellow tongue coating,fever,dyspnea with fullness and distention in the chest,flaring of nares,and so on.It indicates that the main pathogenesis of viral pneumonia in children is accumulation of phlegm-heat in the lung.80% children with viral pneumonia belong to the syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-heat in the lung,according to the species normal of Pneumonia. |
