| 摘 要： | 肝脏在血浆脂蛋白的合成和代谢过程中有着非常重要的作用,肝细胞功能的完整性能确保脂质和脂蛋白代谢内环境的稳定。高密度脂蛋白(HDL)主要由肝脏合成,在肝脏脂代谢中发挥重要的作用,其表达水平与肝脏受损程度存在一定的相关性,在慢性肝病中常可见HDL浓度下降,当肝癌发生时脂代谢过程受损且HDL浓度进一步改变。
