炒药机的研究进展

摘    要:中药饮片炮制机械的发展水平不仅体现了中药饮片加工技术的高低,也是提高饮片质量的重要保证,如何使传统的炒制方法在现代机械生产中得以继承和提高是饮片与机械行业关心的问题。本文就中药炒药机的发展过程、最新进展、结构特点、存在问题分别给予了阐述与分析,旨在为炒药机的发展方向提供思路。

Abstract:The development level of the machines for preparing Chinese madicinal materials not only reflects the technical level but also means the guarantee for the improvement of the quality of prepared slices of Chinese herbal medicine. Therefore it is a problem the circles of both the profession of the preparation of Chinese medicinal materials and the machinery industry are concerned about whether the traditional stir-frying methods for the preparation of Chinese medicine can be succeded and improved in the production of modem machines. This article describes and analyzes the development process,the latest progress,the structural characteristics and the existing problems of stir-frying machines for the preparation of Chinese medicine aiming at offering an idea in the direction of their development.
