腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的临床应用(附12例报告)

目的：探讨腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法：对12例单侧输尿管中、上段结石患者(其中8例有行体外冲击波碎石史)行腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术。结果：12例手术均成功，取净结石，无一例术中改行开放性手术。手术时间为50～210min，平均120min。于术后1、3、6、12个月复查B超，平均随访7月，肾积水均减轻。结论：腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术效果确切，损伤小，患者术后恢复快，尤其适合于既往需要行开放性输尿管切开取石的病例，并可望替代传统的开放性输尿管切开取石术。

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy to treat ureteral calculi

Objective:To discuss the treatment of ureteral calculi by retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Methods:From October 2002 to February 2004, 12 patients were treated with laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. All the patients suffered from calculi in superior or middle segmental ureter. Eight patients were treated with ESWL before.Results:All the operations were successful. Time of operation varied from 50 to 210 minutes with the average of 130 minutes. All the 12 patients were followed up for one, three, six and twelve months with ultrasonography. All the hydronephrosis were alleviated.Conclusions:Laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is suitable for ureteral calculi which treated by open surgery before, and it can take place of open surgery of ureterolithotomy. It is effective, safe and less invasive.
