| 摘 要： | 目的]通过妇科超声检查了解养路女工盆腔内生殖器官健康状况。方法]对428名养路女工（养路组）及400名公路局机关女职工（对照组）进行妇科超声检查和资料分析。结果]养路组妇科疾病检出率达53.74%、宫颈病变检出率达17.06%,均分别明显高于机关组的35.50%、5.75%（P〈0.05）;而养路组的子宫肌瘤、卵巢肿瘤、盆腔积液检出率分别为22.42%、5.84%、8.41%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论]养路女工盆腔内生殖器官健康状况较机关组差。
