内皮素—1在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 研究ＥＴ－１含量与大肠癌分化,淋巴结转移及预后的关系,方法 对６９例经５年以上随访的大肠癌手术切除标本及１５例正常大肠粘膜活检标志进行免疫组化染色及图像分析,结果 大肠癌及正常大肠粘膜上皮细胞中均有ＥＴ－１阳性表达,但大肠癌细胞的阳性表达率,阳性强度及ＥＴ－１的含量均高于正常大肠粘膜细胞（Ｐ〈０．０１）,大肠癌中高,中,低分化癌组之间的阳性反应也不相同,分化低者阳性率最高,阳性强度最大,含量

The expression of endothelin-1 in large intestine carcinoma and its clinical significance

To study the relationship of endothelin-1 (ET-1 ) with the degree of differentiation, lymph node metasta-sis and prognosis of large intestine carcinoma.Mtehods ET-1 confent in 69 cases with large intestine carcinoma and followedup for 5 years and l5 cases with normal large intestine mucosa was measured by immunohistochimistry and image analysis.Re-sults The ET-1 both expressed in cancer cells and normal large epithelial cells,but the content of ET-1 of cancer cell was morethan that of normal large intestine epithelial cell (P < 0.0l). Moreover, the ET-1 content in cancer cell was inversely correlatedwith the degree of cancer cell differentiation.In addition,we found that the frquency of lymph node metastasis and death ratewere always seen in poor-differentiated carcinoma,subsequently seen in middle-differentialed carcinoma,and no one seen in high-differeniated carcinoma.Conchusions The ET-1 content in large intestine carcinoma is closely correlated with its differentia-tion, lymph node jmetastasis and progosis.
