椎管内肿瘤显微手术31例临床分析

目的探讨显微手术在椎管内肿瘤切除中的临床效果。方法选取2012年2月至2012年4月我科31例神经鞘瘤和脊膜瘤患者实施显微肿瘤切除手术。结果全部31例肿瘤均被顺利切除。在出院时27例病人痊愈,3例好转,1例为无变化。全部病人运动障碍、感觉障碍及括约肌功能障碍恢复情况较为理想。结论显微手术在椎管内肿瘤切除中的临床效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Intraspinal Tumor Microsurgical Operation: Clinical Analysis of 31 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical effect of microsurgical operation in intraspinal tumor resection. Methods 31 patients with schwannoma or meningioma in neurosurgery department from February 2012 to April 2012 received the microscopic tumor resection operation. Results All 31 cases were successfully resected tumor. At the time of discharge, 27 patients were cured, 3 patients were improved, and 1 patient had no change. The movement disorders, sensory disturbance and sphincter dysfunction in all patients had perfect recovery. Conclusions The microsurgical operation in intraspinal tumor resection has good clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
