护理干预对糖尿病足患者治疗效果的影响

目的观察护理干预对糖尿病足患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取2008年1月～2012年1月于我院确诊的糖尿病足患者60例作为研究对象，将其随机分为干预组和对照组各30例，两组均予常规护理，干预组在对照组基础上给予心理护理，观察护理干预对两组糖尿病足患者治疗效果的影响。结果两组患者均经积极治疗，护理4～8周后痊愈出院，无严重并发症发生。干预组的治疗有效率达90．0％，明显高于对照组的70．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论系统的护理干预、心理护理及健康教育等方面有效防止糖尿病足的发生、发展．明显提高临床治疗的有效率。

The impact of nursing intervention in treatment of patients with diabetic foot

Objective To observe the impact of nursing intervention in treatment of patients with diabetic foot.Methods From January 2008 to January 2012,diagnosed in our hospital 60 cases of diabetic foot study were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with each of 30 cases,both groups were treated routine care,intervention group on the basis of control group was given psychological care,and the impact of nursing intervention in treatment of both groups of patients with diabetic foot were observed.Results The patients in both groups after 4-8 weeks of active treatment and care were discharged,no serious complications occurred.Effective treatment rate was 90.0% in the intervention group,was significantly higher than that in control group(70%),the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention,psychological care,health education on prevent the occurrence of diabetic foot development,and significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency.
