生物人工肝研究进展

摘    要:生物人工肝(biological artificial liver,BAL)是将肝细胞培养在体外生物反应器中,当患者血流流过反应器时,通过半透膜或直接接触的方式与培养的肝细胞进行物质交换,使其中的肝细胞发挥解毒、合成、生物转化等功能,从而达到支持和治疗目的。它不仅具有肝特异性解毒功能,而且还能参与三大物质代谢、分泌促进肝细胞生长的物质等,可有效替代肝脏的解毒功能和合成功能,并可预防肝性脑病、肝昏迷和脑水肿,可作为肝衰竭患者肝移植前的过渡辅助。

Abstract:Hepatocyte is cultivated in bioreactor of biological artificial liver,when the blood of patients flows through bioreactor,blood can exchange with hepatocyte directly or by semipermeable membrane. So hepatocyte can bring detoxification, anabolism, biotransformation into play. Biological artificial liver not only has differential detoxification,but also takes part in metabolism of sugar, protein and fat,secreting substance which can accelerate hepatocyte growth. It can replace the detoxificating and synthetic functions of liver in effect and guard against hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic coma and cerebral edema,serving as transition assistant of bridge to liver transplantation for liver failure patients.
