| 摘 要： | 对医疗保险定点医疗机构的服务质量进行有效的监控 ,是维护参保人权益 ,减少医疗资源浪费的重要手段之一。文章重点介绍了驻湘铁路医疗保险中心在医疗监管实践中的经验 ,并提出了监管过程中一些急待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | It is an important measure to conduct effective supervision on contract hospitals in medical insurance for safeguarding rights and interests of insurer and reducing medical resources waste. This paper introduces the experience of Center Railway Medical Insurance in Hunan Province about medical monitor and puts forward some issues to be solved urgently. |
