鼻咽癌的癌基因表达与生长倾向和放射敏感性

（目的）研究鼻咽癌癌在因表达与生长倾向和放射敏感性的关系。［方法］作文检测福建省肿瘤医院61例初治鼻咽癌患者的p53、p21、nm23、PCNA。［结果〕鼻咽癌上行性比下行性p53、p21、nm23阳性纺技高，而PCNA阳性串较低。仅闷在上行性、混合性与下行性工种生长方式间存在显著差异（P＜0．01）。放疗至扭q肿物就完全消失的病人中p53等阳性表达变化不大（P＞0．05）。［结论］从基因水平证实鼻咽癌生长确实存在上、下行二种方式。另外表明p53、p21、mm23、PCNA和放射敏感性关系不大。

The Expression of Cancer Genes in N. P. C. and Crowing Path and Radiosensitivity

Purpose]To research the relation between expresion of cancer genes in N.P. C. and growing path and radiosensitivity. Methods]p53,p21,nm23 and PCNA of 61 patients with N. P. C. who was treated first were menasured. Results]The positive rates of p53, p21 and nm23 were highter and the positive rate of PCNA was lower in N.P.C. with growing up style than in N.P.C. with growing down style. There was a significant difference in p53 among growing up sthylemmixed style and growing down style (P< 0.001). Among patients whose lesion decreased when the dose of radiotherapy reached 50Gy there was not obvious changs in positve expression of p53. There wasn't significant difference among the positive rates of p53, p21, PCNA and nm23(P > 0.005).Conclusion]It is testified at the gene level that there are two growing methods, growing up and growing down in N.P.C.. The data showed that p53, p21, nm23 and PCNA were not related to the radiosensitivity, and p21, nm23 aren't related to the radiosensitivity.
