南充市某城区CSW艾滋病知识、行为与干预措施调查分析

目的调查分析当地高危场所与CSW数量、文化程度、艾滋病知识、高危行为、接受干预情况等信息,为制定与评价CSW干预策略措施提供依据。方法①普查法估计CSW数量;②按CSW知识知晓率进行分层随机抽样,进行现场问卷调查。结果①当地高危场所及CSW最低估计值分别为137家和1300人;②CSW最小年龄15岁,最大42岁,中位数22·9岁。15~29岁占80·9%;③文化程度:初中58·3%,高中/中专28·1%,小学11·4%,大专及以上1·2%,文盲1·0%;④艾滋病知识知晓率:忠实一个未感染HIV的性伴不会感染77·4%,使用安全套77·6%,蚊虫叮咬不会传播33·3%;⑤最近一周CSW接客最少1人次,最多30人次,中位数7人次;⑥安全套使用率:CSW最近一次与客人性行为安全套使用率89·8%,最近一月与客人每次使用率61·0%,不用安全套的原因中有71·43%为客人不愿使用;⑦干预覆盖率:宣传材料58·6%,安全套发放48·6%,同伴教育31·0%,VCT33·6%。结论CSW多为年轻女性,流动性大,文化程度偏低,艾滋病知识不均衡,与客人性行为频次高,安全套使用率低,客人多不愿用,行为干预覆盖率低,加强综合干预意义重大。

A Survey on CSW's AIDS Knowledge, Behavior and Intervention in an Urban District in Nanchong

Objective To collect information of CSW's number, education degrees, high risk behavior and outcome of intervention in high risk places, and provide a basis for plan and evaluation of intervention measures.Methods ①To estimate the total number of CSW by general investigation.②On-the-spot questionnaire survey has been carried out for respondents selected by stratified random sampling according to CSW's education degrees.Results①The lowest estimate number of local high risk places and CSW are 137 and 1300 respectively, ②Age range is 15 to 42, medium age is 22.9, 80.9 percent of respondents is at 15 to 29. ③education degrees :according to the sequence of junior high school, senior high school, technical secondary school ,elementary school, junior college or higher education and illiteracy,the rates are 58.3%, 28.1%,11.4%,1.2% and 1.0% respectively. ④Awareness of AIDS knowledge: rate of correct answers to the following questions:"It's safe if you are royal to a non-HIV-infection sex partner',‘Persisting on condom using can prevent from HIV’,‘Mosquito-biting cannot cause HIV transmitting’ are 77.4%, 77.6% and 33.3% respectively. ⑤ In recent weeks, number of customers is 1 to 30, medium is 7. ⑥Condom-using rate is 89.8% and 61.0% in last time and in last month when having intercourse with customers. ⑦ Rates of intervention measurement coverage including publicity material, free condom dispensing, peer education and VCT are 58.6%, 48.6%, 31.0% and 33.6% respectively.Conclusion CSW is characterized by youth, mobility, no balanced AIDS knowledge and high frequency intercourse with customers.
