针刺麻醉针的设计及其使用方法

设计一种专用于针刺麻醉下开展外科手术的针灸针,解决现有针灸针在针刺麻醉过程中容易影响手术操作、不便于固定或可能脱落等问题。该设计包括针帽、改良针灸针、胶垫和贴片。针帽下端设有斜面与胶垫固定连接,针帽下端中间有孔形凹陷部分,针帽顶端与改良针灸针的部分针柄牢固连在一起;改良针灸针包括针柄、针根和针身;胶垫位于针帽下端,部分与针帽下端固定连接,中间有孔,整体形状为类锥形,横断面为环形;贴片为中空的环形单面粘胶贴片,通过将贴片的内孔穿过针柄、针帽套,在针帽上将针刺麻醉针粘贴固定于皮肤上。该针灸针不仅便于手术的操作,同时便于针灸针正确地固定于穴位,保证针刺镇痛的效果,同时还可减轻患者的痛苦,有利于针刺麻醉工作的开展。

Design and application method of acupuncture needle for acupuncture anesthesia

A kind of acupuncture needle is specially designed to carry out surgery under acupuncture anesthesia,which can solve some problems of existing acupuncture needles in acupuncture anesthesia,for example,affecting the operation,difficult to fix or likely to shed. This design includes a needle cap,an improved acupuncture needle,a pad and a patch. The lower end of the needle cap has a bevel in connection with the pad,in middle of which there is a holeshaped sunk part,and the top of which is connected with part of the needle handle of the improved acupuncture needle firmly; the improved acupuncture needle includes needle handle,needle root and needle body; the pad is located under the needle cap,partly connected with the lower end of the needle cap,and the transverse section of the pad with a hole in the middle is annular; the patch is an hollow annular and single side adhesive. The acupuncture anesthesia needle is fixed to the skin by crossing the patch bore through the needle handle and the needle cap. The acupuncture needle will not only facilitate the surgical operation,also acupuncture needles can properly be fixed on acupoints,ensuring the analgesia effect of acupuncture and alleviating the suffering of patients,which is more conducive to doing acupuncture anesthesia.
