摘    要:目的探讨反流性食管炎、Barrett食管及食管腺癌3种疾病在高清晰内镜、病理诊断及电镜下的表现,从3种检查的角度分析3种疾病在组织学方面的差异与联系,从而为临床诊断3种疾病及判断预后寻找科学依据。方法采用3种检查对入选的3种疾病患者进行检测,并对相应的检测结果行统计学分析及理论评价。结果反流性食管炎、Barrett食管及食管腺癌在3种检查手段下表现不同,但它们3者又有内在联系,即Barrett食管为反流性食管炎和食管腺癌的中间过渡状态,成为联系反流性食管炎及食管腺癌的桥梁。结论该课题通过3种不同检查手段研究反流性食管炎,Barrett食管及食管腺癌3种疾病在组织学方面存在差异与联系,对临床诊断及判断预后提供依据,有较好的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To research the appearances of reflux esophagitis,Barrett esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma with magnification chromoendoscopy, histopathology and transmission election microscopy,to analyses the difference and relationship among the three kinds of diseases.Methods Using the three kinds of methods to diagnose the patients of these three kinds of diseases, and then dealing with the results and analysing the data.Results The three kinds of diseases had not only differences in the appearances, but also relationships in the sides of three methods. Barrett esophagus is in the medium between the reflux esophagitis and the esophageal adenocarcinoma.Conclusion In our study, the three kinds of diseases have the differences and relationships in the appearances. So we can use the result to help us diagnose the three kinds of diseases.
