老年脑出血后合并抑郁症观察

目的　通过对 130例老年心脑血管患者进行临床观察 ,探讨老年脑出血与卒中后抑郁的关系。方法　 应用Zung抑郁自评表 (SDS)及老年抑郁量表 (GDS)测试评分组 ,同时行神经缺损表 (DNF)测定 ,对抑郁与非抑郁组的发病情况进行比较研究。 结果　4 4例符合卒中后抑郁诊断 (33 8% ) ,抑郁程度 :轻度 2 2例(5 0 % ) ,中度 18例 (4 0 9% ) ,重度 4例 (9 1% )。抑郁的发生与年龄、性别、出血部位无明显相关关系 (P >0 0 5 ) ,抑郁程度与神经功能缺损程度有关 (P <0 0 1)。 结论　抑郁症在老年人脑出血中发生率较高 ,临床上应予以重视

Clinical Analysis on Elderly Cerebral Hemorrhage and Post-stroke-depression

Objective To investigate the relationship between elderly cerebral hemorrhage and post stroke depression(PSD) by observing and analysing clinically 130 cases of elderly cerebral henorrhage in our hospital.Methods The clinical manifestation data of 130 cases hospitalized from october 1998 to December 2000 were retrospectively reviewed. SDS GDS and DNF were conducted.Results In the 130 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 44 cases had depression(33 8%). the sick rate of mild moderate and severe cerebral hemorrhage complicated with depression was 50% 40 9% and 9 1% .There were no significent differences in age sex and site of hemorrhage. There were positive correlation between depression degree and extend of the clinical neurological deffects.Conclusion The disease incidence of depression is higher in the population of elderly cerebral hemorrhage. lt is important that we should pay attention to PSD
