创伤组织中血小板激活与白细胞反应关系的研究

应用激活血小板悬液滴入切创创腔内，以观察损伤组织中血小板和白细胞附壁、游走的关系，结果显示：血小板作为一个炎症细胞可参与并加强白细胞反应，而且活化血小板释放的炎症介质可在死后继续在创伤组织中对白细胞起趋化作用。上述结果表明，死后创伤中仍有可能产生有意义的白细胞浸润，用白细胞反应来作为区分生前死后损伤的可靠指标或推断损伤时间的意义不大。Ｐ＜０．０１．ΔＰ＞０．０５图２死后经过时间对损伤后白细胞反应的影响Ｉ：生前切创组；ＩＰ：生前切创死后取材组；ＩＫ：生前切创对照组；ＩＰＫ：生前切创死后取材对照组Ｐ＜０．０１３讨论３．１创伤组织中血小板激活对白细胞附壁和渗出游走反应的影响组织受伤后，首先发生以血小板粘附、聚集进而形成血小板血栓的止血反应，这种反应在受伤后立即出现，我们曾用免疫组化技术证实血小板止血反应可作为生前损伤的重要指标［４，５］。组织创伤后，一方面血小板在维持血管壁的完整性方面起着重要作用；另一方面，血小板作为炎症细胞又可参于炎症反应，引起血管的损伤［６］。本组实验显示，当激活的血小板悬液滴加到切创创腔中并与对照组比较，发现除生前１０分钟切创组无统计学意义外，余均有显著性差异，且实验组白细胞附壁、渗出游走

On Relationship between the Activation of Platelets and the Leucocyte-reaction in Traumatic Tissue

Activated platelets in suspension were dripped into an incised wound and its influence on adherence and migration of leucocytes was observed.The results showed that platelets acting as inflammatory cells participated and reinforced the leucocyte-reaction.And the inflammation mediators elaborated by platelets may be chemotactic towards leucocytes at the postmortem state. The results inforementioned showed that injured tissues of a dead body was still possible to produce leucocytic infiltration. Therfore leucocyte-reaction as a criterion to differentiate injuries before death and postmortem was not feasible,nor was it of any use to determine the time of trauma.
