| 摘 要： | 应用间接免疫荧光技术对50例毛细支气管炎患儿鼻咽分泌物脱落细胞进行合胞病毒抗原检查,与病毒分离和/或补体结合试验比较,敏感性为74.2％,特异性为68.4％。间接免疫荧光技术敏感、特异、快速、简便,能够为RSV感染的早期快速诊断提供依据,具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Indirect immunofluorescence technique was applied for detecting RSV antigen in shed cell of nasopharyngeal secretion from 50 Patients with brocholitis from January through March 1985. Sensitivity and specificity of indirect immunofluorescence technique were 74.2％ and 68.4％ respectively, comparod with virus isolation and / or CFT. Indirect immunofluorescence technique is sensitivity, specificity, speedity and simplicity. It Provides evidence for early rapid diagnosis of RSV infection and is of value in clinic practice. |
