渝东南地区眼外伤病例的初步调查分析

目的了解渝东南地区眼外伤患者的流行病学状况及治疗效果。方法对资料完整的眼外伤患者进行回顾性统计分析。结果眼外伤以穿透伤为主,年龄分布以青年组为主。职业以农民、工人为主。治疗效果明显提高,最终视力预后与黄斑损伤及视网膜脱离有关。结论应加大宣传力度、提高防护质量,早期诊断、早期治疗是防治眼外伤恢复视功能的关键。

Clinical analysis of ocular injury in southeast Area of Chongqing

Objective To investigate the clinical epidemiological feature and therapeutic efficacy of the patients with ocular injury at the southeast of Chongqing.Methods To retrospectively statistically analyze the clinical epidemiological feature,therapeutic efficacy of the patients with ocular injury and complete information of the disease.Results Ocular injury was most composed of penetrating wound mainly caused by foreign object.The patients were mainly composed of farmers and workers.Moreover,the young composed most the patients.We got better therapeutic efficacy.However,the therapeutic efficacy of ocular injury caused by violence was less satisfying.The final visual acuity did not relate to the function of macula and retina.Conclusion Safe education,enhancing safe guard,earlier diagnosis and earlier treatment can reduce the rate of ocular injury and raise the therapeutic efficacy.
