首发分裂症患者未治疗精神病期与后期阴性和阳性症状的关系

目的 探讨首发精神分裂症患者未治疗精神病期与后期阴性症状和阳性症状的关系。方法 104名首发的精神分裂症患者在他们首次住院前行阴性症状量表（SANS）、阳性症状量表（SAPS）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评定及出院6月后随访对患者行SANS、SAPS评定。结果 首发精神分裂症患者未治疗精神病期与治疗出院6月后阴性症状、阳性症状没有显著相关，但与患者阳性症状缓解有显著的关系。未治疗的精神病期大于1年的患者比未治疗的精神病期小于12天的患者出院6月后的阴性和阳性症状有显著差异。结论 首发精神分裂症患者早期干预具有较重要的临床意义。

The Relationship between Untreated Initial Psychosis Duration and Long-term the Scores of SANS and SAPS in First-episode Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the relationship between untreated initial psychosis duration and long-term the scores of SANS and SAPS in schizophrenia. Methods 104 neuroleptic-naive patients with CCMD-3 schizophrenia were evaluated 6 months after their first inpatient hospitalization. SANS and SAPS were used to assess these patients. Results There were no significant associations between untreated initial psychosis duration and the scores of SANS and SAPS in schizophrenia 6 months after their first inpatient hospitalization. There were significant associations between untreated initial psychosis duration and remission of positive symptoms. The scores of SANS and SAPS whose duration of untreated initial psychosis in more than one year were significantly worse than those in less than 12 days. Conclusion It is important to early intervention in schizophrenia.
