解忧汤联合西药治疗更年期抑郁症的疗效研究

目的 观察研究自拟解忧汤联合西药治疗更年期抑郁症的效果。方法120例更年期抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组（中西药组）和对照组（西药组）各60例，其中治疗组以戊酸雌二醇和地屈孕酮联合氟丙汀（百优解）及解忧汤为治疗药物，对照组以戊酸雌二醇和地屈孕酮联合氟西汀为治疗药物，均治疗3个月。采用汉密顿抑郁症状评定量表（HAMD）评定疗效，采用不良反应量表（TESS）评定药物不良反应。结果两组均有明显疗效，且治疗组效果显著优于对照组。治疗后HAMD评分均较治疗前有显著下降，且治疗组疗效更为明显。两组均无明显不良反应。结论自拟解忧汤联合西药治疗更年期抑郁症比单用西药更有效。

Study of efficacy of Jieyou decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of menopausal depression

Objective To study the efficacy of self-formulated Jieyou decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of menopausal depression. Methods A total of 120 patients with menopausal depression were randomly divided into the treatment group （Chinese and Western medicine group） and the control group （Western medicine group）, with 60 patients in each group. The treatment group received estradiol valerate, dydrogestrone combined with fluoxetine and Jieyou decoction, and the control group received estradiol valerate and dydrogestrone combined with fluoxetine for 3 months. Hamilton Depression Symptom Rating Scale （HAMD） was used to evaluate efficacy and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） was used to evaluate adverse drug reactions. Results Both groups showed obvious efficacy, with the treatment group better than the control group. The HAMD score.s of both groups significantly reduced after the treatment, indicating that there was obvious efficacy in both groups and the efficacy in the treatment group was more significant. In addition, neither of the two groups showed obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Selfformulated Jieyou decoction combined with Western medicine is more effective than single administration of Western medicine in the treatment of menopausal depression.
