奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙治疗消化道癌71例疗效分析

目的分析奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙治疗消化道癌的治疗效果。方法将142例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各71例，治疗组71例患者采用奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙进行治疗：对照组71例患者采用FP化疗方案进行治疗，对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果治疗组缓解率为60．56％（43／71），对照组缓解率为39．44％（28／71）。结果表明治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组，经统计学处理，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。出现的不良反应主要是消化道毒性、静脉炎、血液及造血系统毒性，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论采用奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙用药治疗消化道癌具有较好的临床疗效，值得推广。

Clinical therapeutic efficacy analysis of oxaliplatin, fluorouracil combined with calcium folinate in 71 cases of digestive tract cancer

Objective To analyse the therapeutic efficacy of oxaliplatin, fiuorouracil combined with calcium folinate in treating digestive tract cancers. Methods One hundred and forty-two cases of patients were divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group＇s 71 cases were given eapeeitabine platinum, fluorouracil combined with leueovorin calcium, 71 patients in control group were given FP chemotherapy. Results The effective rate of the treat- ment group was 60.56% （43/71）; The effective rate of the control group was 39.43% （28/71）. There was significant dif- ference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reactions were gastrointestinal toxicity, phlebitis, blood and blood- forming system toxicity, but there was no significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Condusion The thera- peutic method of using oxaliplatin, fluorouracil combined with calcium folinate in digestive tract cancers achieves sig- nificant efficacy.
