眼针与针药结合治疗三叉神经痛23例

目的观察眼针与针药结合法治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法将39例三叉神经痛患者随机分为对照组（16例）和治疗组（23例）。对照组采用针药结合治疗，治疗组在针药结合治疗的基础上给予眼针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组23例患者中，治愈15例，占65．22％；有效7例，占30．43％；无效1例，占4．35％。对照组16例中，治愈5例，占31．25％；有效8例，占50．00％；无效3例，占18．75％。两组总有效率比较。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论眼针与针药结合治疗三叉神经痛疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine in the treat- ment of 23 patients with trigeminal neuralgia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Thirty nine patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into the control group of 16 patients and the treatment group of 23 patients. The control group was given the combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine, while the treatment group was given eye acupuncture treatment in addition to the combined acupuncture and medicine treatment. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Twenty three patients of the treatment group, 15 cases were cured, accounted for 65.22%; 7 cases were effective, accounted for 30.43%, 1 case with no response, accounted for 4.35%, with the total effective rate of 95.65%. 16 patients of the con- trol group, 5 cases were cured, accounted for 31.25%; 8 cases were effective, accounted for 50.00%, 3 cases with no response, accounted for 18.75%, with the total effective rate of 81.25%. There were significant differences of total ef- fective rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine is significantly effective on trigeminal neuralgia, thereby worthy of clinical application.
